There are two types of Nepali fonts ASCII and Unicode. There are lot of Nepali fonts available in ASCII and Unicode format. Some of them are Proprietary and some of them are released on GNU/GPL License.
- Download Freeware NepaliUnicode (Traditional). All the earlier software developed by MPP, including the Nepali Unicode Keyboard Layouts, will now be maintained and further developed by Language Technology Kendra, a non-profit sharing company, which is a collaboration between Madan Puraskar.
- Download and Install Nepali Unicode Romanised to write in Nepali all over the web. First of all, you have to Download and Run the Program on your computer. Then, you have to do some settings on your computer to use Nepali Unicode Romanized. You can download Nepali Unicode Romanized from the Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya website for free.
- Nepali Unicode and other software. All the software developed by MPP, including the Nepali Unicode Keyboard Layouts, are now maintained and further developed by Language Technology Kendra, a non-profit sharing company, which is a collaboration between Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya (MPP), Kathmandu University, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DoCSE) and Tribhuvan University, Central.
